PRIVACY AND POLICIES

Policies: A valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard) must accompany all reservations.

Photo ID required at time of check in.

Deposit: 100% of stay is required upon booking.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made by phone, website, or email. Keep the cancellation receipt, check to make sure you receive the refund, where applicable, it may take up to 7 business days to receive refund. Weather conditions do not serve as a refund. There is a $25 Cancellation fee for all reservations. Bookings need to be cancelled with in 48 hours to receive full refund except the $25 nonrefundable booking fee. 

Office hours: 8 am to 8 pm

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be mindful of your neighbor they are on vacation also and would like some quiet time. If you have generators only run them 9 am to 7 pm.

Remember you are camping in nature, be prepared there are bugs, plants, heat, sun, ran, snow, wind pollen, and a host of other natural nature come with camping. So be prepared with whatever you think you will need to adhere to the changes enjoying Montana.

We do reserve the right to refuse services and are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property of any kind. Please keep your property secure. When making these reservations you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions

Damages: Damage items within the Tipi will be charged to your card on file.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always our number one priority, we use.

Children: Please keep children supervised. 

Smoking: We do allow smoking but please be mindful of your neighbor they may not smoke. Please use butt containers and in sure they are out before putting in container. 

Food/Garbage: Please use garbage containers, the wind blows so take control of all belongings.

Pets: Please always keep them on a leash, don’t leave them alone in the Tipi or on grounds, Please use doggy bags we have provided.

We do have WiFI but cannot guarantee the best connection.
